In the field of custom metal products, meeting customers' personalized needs with professional services and flexible solutions is the core competitiveness of our company. Recently, we successfully advanced a metal keycap customization project for client Daug, who needed the products as gifts for company employees. The project, which experienced a minor glitch during sampling but was resolved efficiently, fully demonstrated our service philosophy of "proactively addressing problems and prioritizing customer satisfaction".
Daug initially put forward clear customization requirements: the product was metal keycaps, with two specified colors – black and red. Regarding the size, Daug chose the original factory size. It is worth mentioning that our company provides a variety of size options for metal keycaps to adapt to different usage scenarios and customer needs. Since the keycaps were intended as employee gifts, Daug attached great importance to the product quality and appearance. Therefore, we agreed to conduct sampling first to confirm the product effect before mass production. During the sampling process, a minor mistake occurred: due to a communication oversight in the production link, we made the black keycaps with baking paint instead of the electroplated black required by Daug.
After discovering the problem, our team did not shirk responsibility but took the initiative to communicate with Daug immediately, honestly explaining the situation and apologizing sincerely. We have always believed that in the process of cooperation, what we fear most is not problems, but avoiding them. The key to maintaining cooperative relations is to face problems head-on and solve them efficiently. While apologizing, we also proposed a solution on the spot: re-produce the electroplated black keycap samples for free and expedite the production process to ensure that the samples are delivered to Daug on time.
Daug expressed understanding of the accidental mistake after learning about the situation. With the joint efforts of our production team, the re-produced electroplated black and red metal keycap samples were completed as scheduled and sent to Daug promptly. Recently, we received positive feedback from Daug: he was very satisfied with the quality, color and craftsmanship of the re-produced samples, and highly recognized our proactive attitude in solving problems.



At present, both parties are in close communication on the next step of mass production cooperation, including production quantity, delivery time and other details. This project fully shows that sincere communication and efficient problem-solving can not only resolve potential conflicts in cooperation but also enhance mutual trust between the two parties.
